Candidates were able to take the exam in 13 languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Assamese and Urdu. According to the Testing Agency (NTA), women accounted for over 58 per cent of all qualified candidates this year. The agency also noted that the majority of the highest-ranking candidates were between 17 and 19 years old.
