HAL to participate in Farnborough International Airshow 2026

The Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will showcase its indigenous programmes and display scaled models of LCA Tejas aircraft, Prachand Light Combat Helicopter, Advanced Light Helicopter ‘Rudra’, Dhruv NG helicopter and Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) at the Farnborough International Airshow 2026. The Farnborough International Airshow 2026 is being held from July 20-24 at Farnborough Airfield, Hampshire, United Kingdom and the HAL delegation will be led by its Chairman and Managing Director Ravi K.
HAL said that it is the nodal agency for the India Pavilion, representing India’s growing aerospace and defence ecosystem along with other Indian defence organisations and industry partners. HAL will host high-level business meetings, strategic engagements and customer interactions during the show. “HAL has successfully represented India’s aerospace capabilities at the Farnborough International Air Show over the years, enabling sustained engagement with global OEMs, suppliers, customers, and government stakeholders, enhancing the company’s international visibility and supporting strategic business initiatives,” said Mr. Ravi.
He added that at this edition, HAL will be showcasing Indian expertise and its willingness to collaborate on co-development. “We aim to play a key role in addressing critical supply chain challenges while advancing India’s defence export ambitions and strengthening the country’s position as a trusted global defence manufacturing hub,” he added. HAL said
that it is looking to deepen its cooperation with global leaders such as GE Aerospace, Eaton Aerospace, Honeywell, Safran, Martin-Baker, UK, and MBDA for strategic engagement and potential collaboration for future business in the fields of aircraft systems, aero engines, avionics, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), as well as high-technology manufacturing during the show.
