Central Bureau of Investigation has made fresh submissions before a special court regarding the NEET paper leak case. The agency opposed the bail plea of a coaching centre owner from Latur, alleging a large-scale examination fraud. According to the investigation, an insider on the Testing Agency paper setting panel leaked chemistry questions in exchange for a bribe of five lakh rupees.
The coaching centre owner allegedly obtained one hundred and thirty-two handwritten questions, of which one hundred and eleven matched the official master paper set. These leaked questions were subsequently distributed to the owner's son and other students at the coaching institute. Currently, thirteen accused individuals remain in judicial custody.
