According to sources, the report highlights the role of Tinnu Yadav, who, despite not being part of the official temple administration, reportedly had access to sensitive operational information and the donation box keys.
The investigation also points to violations of standard operating procedures and irregular recruitment of outsourced staff involved in counting donations. The report is expected to be submitted to the Uttar Pradesh government, with further legal action likely based on its findings.
