In an emotional exclusive interview with India Today, the parents of 11-year-old Vihaan Srivastava, who lost his life after a tree fell on his school bus in Mumbai's Chembur during heavy rains, demand justice and accountability. Rejecting the BMC's findings, they call the incident a "man-made disaster" caused by negligence and seek an independent, transparent inquiry.
They insist that responsibility should not be limited to the contractor but must also extend to officials who supervised and approved the work, so similar tragedies do not happen again.
