The accused, identified as Milan, Pintu, Meet and another associate, lived in the same area and shared a close friendship with Rohit.
They had invited him to the gathering. During the party, the dispute over money escalated into a physical assault. Police said the confrontation turned violent, leaving Rohit seriously injured. After the incident, the accused took Rohit to a hospital. However, they fled the hospital after he died during treatment. Based on medical reports and other evidence, police concluded that the case was a murder.
