Iran’s Mehr news agency reported that the attack hit the vicinity of Shahid Baghaei Hospital in Ahvaz, which provides chemotherapy treatment for cancer patients, including children. Fresh US Strike Wave On Iran The reported strike came after the US military announced a new wave of attacks on Iran, marking the second round of strikes within 24 hours. US Central Command (CENTCOM) said American forces launched operations targeting Iranian military capabilities that were allegedly being used to threaten vessels travelling through the Strait of Hormuz. “At 3 p.m. ET, U.S. forces launched operations for a second wave of strikes today against Iran," CENTCOM said in a post on X, adding that the military was “holding Iran accountable" under US President Donald Trump’s direction.
