These included President Masoud Pezeshkian, Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani, judiciary chief Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, and parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. Ahmadinejad’s Complicated Relation With Iran’s Leadership The alleged Israeli angle also appeared in a post from a Persian-language account allegedly linked to Mossad, according to media reports. The post showed an AI-generated image of Iranian officials, including Ahmadinejad, Pezeshkian, Ghalibaf, Qaani, and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. Each had a Star of David on their hand, with the caption: “Which one?" Ahmadinejad, reportedly, has a complex relationship with Iran’s leadership. Since leaving office, he has criticised the suppression of protests and economic corruption. During his presidency, he strongly opposed Israel and revived Iran’s nuclear programme.
