SBI holds Pensioners’ Meet to strengthen bond with senior customers

The State Bank of India (SBI), J.P. Nagar Branch, organised a Pensioners’ Meet on Tuesday, bringing together pensioners and senior customers for an interactive session. The event became a platform for the audience to learn about the various services offered by the bank, including digital services, products, and services available to pensioners and senior citizens, safe banking practices, grievance redressal mechanisms, and how to receive updates relating to pension services.
The bank’s Chief Manager B.B.R. Ramana Prasad welcomed the participants and acknowledged them for their long association with the bank. The official stated that the branch would continue extending assistance to senior citizen customers in accessing their banking services.
The event included an interactive discussion during which participants shared suggestions, feedback, and concerns regarding banking services. The event provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction,
where pensioners shared their suggestions and feedback. Their concerns were addressed by the branch officials.
