Additionally, five young mothers who survived childbirth are now battling severe kidney failure and are dependent on regular dialysis sessions. The grieving families allege medical negligence and are demanding immediate kidney transplants, fully government-funded treatment, compensation, and accountability.
While the state health minister insists that national and WHO norms are being followed and that government hospitals handle the most critical cases, the government maintains that action will only be taken if negligence is proven. The affected families continue to fight for justice and lifelong medical care.
