(Source: Reuters) US-Iran War Latest News Updates Today Live: The Iran-US conflict has entered a critical phase, with both sides continuing military operations as tensions escalate across the Gulf region.
The US has carried out strikes against Iran for a fourth consecutive day, while Tehran has responded with retaliatory attacks targeting US interests and allied positions in the region. Washington has also reimposed a naval blockade on Iranian ports and coastal areas, with CENTCOM saying more than 20 US Navy warships and hundreds of military aircraft are currently operating across the Middle East.
Iran has responded with missile and drone attacks targeting US allies and military-linked facilities in the region. Kuwait said one of its naval vessels was hit in an Iranian attack, injuring four personnel. Iranian officials have accused Washington of dismantling a previous understanding aimed at pausing hostilities and allowing talks, saying Tehran is “no longer bound” by the agreement.
