Amid continued scrutiny over the NEET paper leak controversy and questions surrounding the credibility of the Testing Agency, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has defended the examination body and insisted that the recent breach was caused by individuals who compromised the process, not systemic failure. In an exclusive interaction with NDTV, Pradhan said all recommendations of the Radhakrishnan Committee have been implemented and stressed that the government is committed to preventing future leaks.

He also announced that NEET will move to a Computer-Based Test format from next year, with infrastructure upgrades already being planned to accommodate more than 22 lakh candidates nationwide.
