The Rajasthan High Court building was thoroughly searched on Monday (July 13, 2026), after a bomb threat was received. The High Court administration received an email threatening that the building would be damaged due to six gelatin bombs planted on the premises.
Following this, the police were notified in the morning. In response to the threat, bomb disposal and dog squads conducted a comprehensive search of the High Court premises before court proceedings commenced, according to the police.
However, no suspicious objects were found during the search, and the High Court complex was reopened. Court proceedings were not disrupted thanks to the timely
security checks. The High Court has received multiple threats in the recent past.
