इस दौरान दूसरा पुलिस वाला वहां भीड़ को समझाने की कोशिश करता रहा। लेकिन भीड़ उसका पीछा करती रही। Reports have emerged of an uproar breaking out in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
