Vijay Kedia-backed Kedia Securities has acquired 3.58 lakh shares in Exato Technologies, raising the combined holding of the firm and persons acting in concert to 9.68% of the company’s paid-up share capital. The stock has delivered near-multibagger returns in the last year, rising over 90%.The acquisition marks a 3.56% stake in Exato Technologies. After the purchase, the combined holding of Kedia Securities and PACs, comprising Vijay Kishanlal Kedia and Neelu Pratik Kedia, increased to 9,74,293 shares.The move brings fresh investor attention to Exato Technologies, a recently listed SME company operating in the technology services space.
The company is positioned as a customer transformation partner, offering C as-a-Service, AI-as-a-Service, automation, unified communications and analytics solutions.
