Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has levelled serious allegations against the BJP, claiming that one of his party MLAs was offered ₹20–30 crore, a ministerial post, and the promise of statehood in exchange for switching sides. Addressing a public gathering in Srinagar, Abdullah accused the BJP of attempting to buy political loyalty and asserted that his party leaders would not compromise their principles for money or power.
