Hyderabad The Emirates Airlines delegation led by its India vice president Mohammed Sarthan called on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, as the airline marks 25 years of operations in India. During the meeting, the CM urged the airline to further expand its flight services from Hyderabad in view of the growing passenger demand.
He also informed the Emirates delegation that the State government was planning to establish two more airports in Telangana and invited the airline to consider setting up Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations at the upcoming airports as well.
Revanth Reddy also appealed to Emirates to partner with the State in sports development by sponsoring training programmes for athletes at the proposed Sports University
in Gachibowli. According to the Chief Minister’s Office, Mr. Sarthan responded positively to the proposal.
