The boat, carrying 36 people, was traveling from Hon May Rut Island to An Thoi Port in Phu Quoc when it overturned about 400 meters into the sea. Local Vietnamese authorities have launched search and rescue operations, though unfavorable weather conditions are posing significant challenges.
