A Delhi court has allowed the cancellation of proceedings in a high-profile murder case scheduled for the 20th of July. The accused submitted an application stating he will be appearing for his final sociology examination at Tihar Jail on that day. The court noted that the university examinations are scheduled from July eleventh to July 20th at the centre inside Central Jail Number 3, where the accused is lodged as an under-trial prisoner.
