Telangana Stabbing: Image from the site A 35-year-old man accused in a POCSO case allegedly killed six people, including his wife, two children and three members of the complainant’s family, in Telangana’s Rangareddy district, police said.
The accused, identified as B. Rajkumar, allegedly first killed a minor girl who was the victim in the POCSO case, along with her mother and grandmother, within the limits of Shabad police station. Following the attack, Rajkumar allegedly also killed his wife and two children. Police said the accused later called his family members and claimed that he had killed both families and intended to die by suicide. Rajkumar, a native of Raiwalguda, is currently absconding. Police have launched a search operation to trace and arrest him, while further investigation into the case is underway.
According to police, Rajkumar had previously been booked under the POCSO Act and was out on bail. The victim’s family lives in Shabad. The bodies of the six victims have been shifted to a mortuary for post-mortem examination.
