Signalling a definitive breakdown in communication with Pakistani authorities, the Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) has announced a grand “Long March" to Muzaffarabad on July 15. The decision comes after more than a month of self-imposed restraint and stalled negotiations, with the committee declaring that a mass public demonstration has now become entirely inevitable to secure basic civil and constitutional rights.
Speaking from Rawalakot, Umair Nazir, a core member of the committee, issued a fresh declaration urging citizens across the territory to accelerate their operational preparations.
The leadership has extended an appeal to all sections of society, including the youth and elders, to join the July 15 caravan and amplify the
message of resistance in every corner of the region. n18oc_breaking-news n18oc_world News18 Mobile App
