According to Amaira’s parents, the visuals show their daughter appearing distressed in the classroom and approaching her teacher multiple times shortly before she allegedly jumped from the fourth floor of Neerja Modi School in Jaipur on November 2025.
The family claims the footage supports their allegation that Amaira was struggling because of harassment by classmates and that the school failed to intervene. ‘She Kept Asking For Help’: Parents Accuse School Of Ignoring Complaints Amaira’s mother Shivani Meena has alleged that her daughter had been complaining about bullying for a long time before the tragedy. She said she had even recorded a message in which Amaira could be heard expressing fear and reluctance to go to school. “She used to say, ‘I don’t want to go to school, don’t send me’," Shivani said, alleging that her daughter was undergoing severe emotional distress because of what she faced at school. The parents have alleged that Amaira had repeatedly approached teachers for help but her concerns were not taken seriously. Her father Vijay Meena has claimed that the CCTV footage from the classroom showed his daughter trying to communicate with the teacher in the final moments before the incident. The family has also questioned the school’s response and demanded accountability from senior officials. They have alleged that the school administration failed in its duty to ensure a safe environment for students and have sought action against those responsible for the alleged lapses.
