The Telangana High Court has granted regular bail to Bhagirath, the son of Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay, in a POCSO case.
The court directed him to furnish a ₹1 lakh bond along with two sureties. Bhagirath was arrested in May after a complaint filed by the mother of a 17-year-old girl alleged sexual harassment during a relationship.
