Elsewhere, the US plans to remove Syria from terrorism sanctions list, Turkey could revive to acquire F-35 fighter jets despite Israeli opposition, NATO allies remain cautious over President Trump's comments on Greenland, and telecom operators MTN and Telecel prepare bids for Ghana's 5G licenses.
