YSRCP president and Pulivendula legislator Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday paid tributes to his father and former Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy on his 77th birth anniversary. Jagan Mohan Reddy reached the YSR Samadhi at Idupulapaya in the constituency early in the day along with his family members, who included his mother Y.S. Vijayamma and wife Y.S. Bharathi Reddy, and offered floral tributes at the samadhi. The family members sat in silence for a few minutes even as prayers were conducted on the occasion. Kadapa Member of Parliament Y.S. Avinash Reddy and party leaders S.B. Amzath Basha and Ushasri Charan were among those many who gathered in large numbers to pay tributes to the late leader.
