The comprehensive intelligence timeline exposes how overseas entities have transitioned from funding localised crime to launching direct assaults on India’s security apparatus and public transport networks, relying on an alliance between Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Canada-based terror modules. The blueprint for this current wave of escalation began in 2023, when the ISI systematically scaled up diaspora-driven extortion rackets across Punjab.
