Appearing on an episode of This Morning, Deborah Mitchell talked through the DIY secrets behind the Duchess' skincare routine, which included a very strange homemade face mask made using Nutella.The report states that for red carpet-worthy complexion, Mitchell recommends mixing together a jar of chocolate spread, sugar and lip balm to form a scrub which you then smooth over the skin.If we go by the report, Mitchell didn't say whether the Duchess has ever used the at-home recipe or not.
