ताकि जो भी युद्ध स्तर पर रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशंस की जरूरत पड़े, लोगों को हटाने की जरूरत पड़े, हालात संभालने की जरूरत पड़े, उसके लिए ये टीम्स पहले से वहां मौजूद रहे। There's a major weather update.
