Times Now is the first national media to reach the first holding centre across the state of West Bengal made by newly formed Suvendu Government in Murshidabad. Within two days of the govt order instructing all district administrations to open an open holding for the apprehended foreign nationals, Murshidabad district police and administration has opened the holding centre on the 3rd floor of a three-storey building located in Lalgola.
Source says, another holding center specially for women foreign nationals will be opened in next two days. 25-30 people can be accommodated in the operational holding center in Lalgola right now. Already 24 Bangladeshis citizens are kept at the facility. Few more apprehended foreigners are being brought at the same facility from other districts. CCTV cameras have been installed around the holding center facility for monitoring purpose.
