Protesters in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir are seeking humanitarian aid from India due to severe shortages of food and medicine. A Joint Awami Action Committee leader released a video highlighting the crisis and alleging that Pakistani forces are harming demonstrators. The leader has requested India to open the Line of Control to support Kashmiris facing inhuman conditions.
These ongoing protests, active for over four weeks, have led to multiple reported deaths. Parallel support demonstrations have also occurred globally, including a march to the Pakistani embassy in London, demanding rights and protesting against the oppression by the Pakistani government.
