Shree Krishna Janmabhoomi Case: श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि शाही ईदगाह मामले में नया मोड़ | breaking news श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि व शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद प्रकरण में 12 दिसंबर को इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई होगी। इस दौरान आगरा की जामा मस्जिद के मामले में एएसआई अपना जवाब दाखिल करेगी और प्रतिनिधि वाद पर सुनवाई हो सकती है। श्रीकृष्ण जन्मभूमि मुक्ति न्याय के अध्यक्ष महेंद्र प्रताप ने बताया बीते दिनों हुई सुनवाई के दौरान हाईकोर्ट ने एएसआई को अंतिम बार मौका देते हुए 12 दिसंबर को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए कहा था। ऐसे में आगरा की जामा मस्जिद को लकर एएसआई अपना जवाब दाखिल कर सकती है।
अन्य हिंदू पक्षकारों द्वारा प्रतिनिधि वाद के खिलाफ दाखिल प्रार्थना पत्र पर भी सुनवाई की संभावना है। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले में वाद बिंदु भी तय होंगे और आगे की प्रक्रिया को बढ़ाया जाएगा। यह सुनवाई शुक्रवार को दो बजे होगी। The hearing in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah Mosque case will be held in the Allahabad High Court on December 12. Mahendra Pratap, President of Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyay, said that during the hearing held a few days ago, the High Court had given the ASI a last chance and asked it to file its reply on December 12.
In such a situation, the ASI can file its reply regarding the Jama Masjid of Agra. There is also a possibility of hearing on the petition filed by other Hindu parties against the representative suit. He said that the points of contention in the case will also be decided and further process will be expedited. This hearing will take place on Friday at 2 pm.
