The temple trust overseeing the management of the Ram Temple has accepted the resignations of its General Secretary and a key trustee following a high-profile donation theft. The resignations, submitted on moral grounds during a comprehensive meeting, aim to ensure a fair and impartial investigation into the financial irregularities. The trust has appointed a former Indian Forest Service officer as the interim General Secretary to lead the administrative overhaul.
While praising the outgoing officials for setting a moral example, the trust acknowledged operational negligence and shortcomings in its management systems. To address these vulnerabilities, the management has resolved to implement sweeping reforms based on the recommendations of a Special Investigation Team and independent experts. Furthermore, a special invitee member has been removed from the trust. The administrative body has assured devotees that the temple's valuables remain secure and pledged to eliminate systemic loopholes to restore public faith and ensure complete transparency.
