Thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds are also expected in many regions over the next 24 hours.According to the IMD, a depression over Jharkhand and adjoining north interior Odisha is likely to move northwestwards across Jharkhand, north Chhattisgarh and adjoining east Madhya Pradesh, bringing widespread rainfall to several states.The IMD said conditions remain favourable for the further advance of the southwest monsoon into more parts of the North
