Fintech startup Navi Ltd, cofounded by Flipkart cofounder Sachin Bansal, is preparing to file for an initial public offering (IPO) by the March quarter of 2026-27 to raise Rs 3,000 crore, said people familiar with the development.The issue is likely to include fresh capital and an offer for sale, though the split is yet to be finalised, they said.
