At least six people have died after a ground-plus-three-storey building collapsed onto nearby shanties in Mumbai's Mankhurd amid heavy rainfall. The incident occurred around 8:30 PM in Janata Nagar, trapping several residents under the debris. Two Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams, along with local emergency personnel, launched an extensive rescue operation despite heavy rain and unstable rubble.
