The political situation in Tamil Nadu has intensified as both DMK and AIADMK have accused the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) of horse trading. Delegations from both parties met with the Governor to raise these allegations. The DMK delegation alleged misuse of governance, while the AIADMK delegation submitted a letter highlighting the resignation of six of their legislators who recently joined the TVK.
Additionally, the DMK claimed that one of their legislators was held under the guise of questioning and pressured to switch allegiances. Both opposition parties continue to press horse trading charges against the ruling party.
