In a major crackdown on Pakistan-backed terror networks, the Central Government has designated Jaish-e-Mohammed operative Mohammad Mussadiq as an individual terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
According to a Gazette notification dated July 4, 2026, the government has added Mohammad Mussadiq to the Fourth Schedule of the UAPA, formally designating him as an individual terrorist.
