He said the car door slammed into her hand as she was entering the vehicle, injuring her finger. Agarwal, a realtor, was engaged to Goyal, and the couple was reportedly scheduled to marry in November this year. The case has attracted widespread public attention due to its shocking allegations and the circumstances surrounding the victim’s death. They are currently in 14-day judicial custody after refusing to undergo a polygraph test. Pune Police told the court they recovered deleted data from the accused’s phones, including chats allegedly written in code words, nicknames and emojis. Investigators are examining whether these conversations point to the involvement of a third person in the alleged conspiracy.
