Internet’s newest viral sensation, the Cockroach Janta Party’s “iconic" website, was taken down on Saturday, Dipke claimed, as he accused the BJP-led Centre of acting in a “dictatorial" manner.
He said nearly 10 lakh people had signed up as members of the bizarre-yet-viral digital movement, which quickly became popular among Millennials and Gen Z users for its sarcasm, memes and satirical take on the system. He further claimed that six lakh members of the “Cockroach Janta Party" had signed a petition demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET-UG paper leak controversy.
