देश के कई हिस्सों में भीषण गर्मी के बीच अब मानसून पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो चुका है। India Meteorological Department मौसम विभाग (IMD) ने उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार समेत 16 राज्यों में अगले 8 घंटों के भीतर हल्की से भारी बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है। इसके साथ 50 से 80 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से तेज हवाएं चलने और कई इलाकों में बिजली गिरने की भी आशंका जताई गई है। IMD के मुताबिक, उत्तर-पश्चिम बंगाल की खाड़ी और उससे सटे उत्तरी ओडिशा-पश्चिम बंगाल तट पर कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बना हुआ है। इसके असर से अगले 5 से 6 दिनों तक देश के मध्य और उत्तरी हिस्सों में मानसून सक्रिय रहेगा।
मौसम विभाग ने बताया कि दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून जल्द ही उत्तर अरब सागर, गुजरात, मध्य प्रदेश, हरियाणा, पंजाब और राजस्थान के कई हिस्सों में और आगे बढ़ सकता है। Amidst the intense heat in many parts of the country, the monsoon has now become fully active. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert for light to heavy rain in the next 8 hours in 16 states, including Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Along with this, strong winds with a speed of 50 to 80 kilometers per hour and lightning strikes have also been predicted in many areas.According to the IMD, a low pressure area has formed over the northwest Bay of Bengal and the adjoining northern Odisha-West Bengal coast.
Due to this, the monsoon will remain active in the central and northern parts of the country for the next 5 to 6 days. The Meteorological Department said that the southwest monsoon may soon advance further into the northern Arabian Sea, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and many parts of Rajasthan.
