Yogi Adityanath Honours Outstanding Farmers, Releases Souvenir of 'Aam Mahotsav-2026' Published By, Last Updated: July 03, 2026, 23:41 IST CM Yogi Adityanath honored 13 farmers at the Aam Mahotsav in Lucknow, flagging off mango vehicles and releasing the Aam Mahotsav-2026 souvenir. On the occasion of the Uttar Pradesh Mango Festival-2026, the souvenir of the Mango Festival was released, and progressive gardeners were honoured. The Chief Minister first flagged off the vehicle carrying Uttar Pradesh’s mangoes. During the main event, he also released the souvenir of Aam Mahotsav-2026.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Mahotsav by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. The farmers honoured by the Chief Minister at the event were Basant Kumar, Village Randol, Saharanpur Asha Singh, Village Mahotepur, Sitapur Achal Kumar Mishra, Village Medaipurwa, Lakhimpur Kheri Shailendra Kumar, Village Bhanpur, Unnao Gopal Maheshwari, Village Madhaupuri, Kasganj Narvdeshwar Singh, Village Chhabaila, Gorakhpur Amarpal Singh, Village Akbarpur Sadat, Meerut Harshvardhan Tyagi, Village Bhadasyana, Hapur Suryamani Yadav, Village Bishunpur, Hapur Mohd. Reyan Siddiqui, Amroha M/s Awadh Nursery, Malihabad, Lucknow S.C. Shukla, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Upendra Kumar Singh, Navipanah, Malihabad, Lucknow The thirteen farmers honoured at the event were drawn from districts across Uttar Pradesh, including Saharanpur, Sitapur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Unnao, Kasganj, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Hapur, Amroha and Lucknow.
Two of those honoured, S.C. Shukla and Upendra Kumar Singh, are from Lucknow itself, from the Gomti Nagar and Navipanah, Malihabad localities respectively. M/s Awadh Nursery, based in Malihabad, Lucknow, was also among those honoured. The event formed part of the proceedings at the Aam Mahotsav, where the Chief Minister flagged off the vehicle carrying Uttar Pradesh’s mangoes and released the souvenir of Aam Mahotsav-2026 before the ribbon-cutting that formally inaugurated the festival.
