Despite heavy rainfall in and around the cave area since late Thursday evening, thousands of devotees continue to make their way via steep mountainous tracks from Pahalgam and Baltal.
Pilgrims are using various means, including walking, ponies, and palkis, to navigate the challenging terrain.
