इसी बिल्डिंग में रहने वाले श्रीवास्तव जी और रमेश तिवारी भी हमसे मिले. दोनों का कहना मिलाजुलाकर यही था कि पहले बिलिडिंग में रहने वाले लोगों को परमिशन दी गयी थी, ऐसे बकरों की संख्या करीब 50 थी लेकिन धीरे धीरे यहां रहने वाले लोग, बाहर रहने वाले अपने रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों के बकरों को भी इसी सोसाइटी में रखने लगे जिससे बकरो की संख्या करीब 150-200 हो गयी, जिसकी वजह से गंदगी, बदबू बहुत ज़्यादा होने लगी, बकरों के शोर से लोग सो नहीं पा रहे है..
