In an exclusive interview with India Today, the Supreme Leader's representative in India, Ayatollah Hakim Elahi, confirmed that Mojtaba will not attend the funeral proceedings due to severe security concerns.

New Delhi is sending a delegation led by Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita and Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain.
