The visit has strengthened bilateral relations with a strong focus on expanding cooperation in technology, defence, and investment. During the high-level engagement, PM Modi announced the first-ever India–Japan co-development defence project, marking a significant milestone in strategic collaboration between the two nations.
He also highlighted the signing of 120 new business agreements and a $10 billion investment commitment over the past year, reflecting deepening economic ties and mutual trust.
