Heavy downpours in Navi Mumbai's Vashi led to severe waterlogging with submerged roads and commuters wading through floodwaters. In Mumbai, the Andheri subway was submerged, causing traffic congestion due to waterlogging and potholes.
Meanwhile, in Assam's Dhemaji district, a 300-metre iron bridge over the Kimi River was swept away by floodwaters, disrupting regional connectivity. Uttarakhand's Udham Singh Nagar also experienced severe waterlogging, with floodwaters entering homes and a residential school in Bajpur.
