At the CII MSME RISE Summit 2026 in Delhi, MSME Secretary Bharat Khera said the government has launched a ₹13 lakh crore credit guarantee scheme for micro and small industries. He also said that credit to the MSME sector has increased from around ₹10 lakh crore in 2014 to nearly ₹37 lakh crore, aiming to improve access to finance and support business growth.
