'Only Two Minutes': Delhi Man Molests Woman In Moving Car After Luring Her Out For Momos, She Records It Published By, Last Updated: June 30, 2026, 14:16 IST A 24-year-old woman alleged she was sexually harassed inside a car after being lured out for momos in East Delhi. Police have arrested the accused and begun an investigation. A photo of the Delhi Police (PTI) A 24-year-old woman has accused a man known to her of sexually harassing and molesting her inside a moving car in East Delhi’s Mandawali area after he allegedly lured her out on the pretext of treating her to momos. Police have registered a case under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and the accused has been arrested.
According to news agency ANI, the woman alleged that the accused took her out on the pretext of eating momos. During the journey, he initially said he needed to stop to refill the car’s CNG, but instead drove the vehicle towards a deserted area. The complainant alleged that once they reached the secluded spot, the accused began making obscene remarks, pressured her to engage in sexual relations, touched her inappropriately, and prevented her from getting out of the car. As the episode unfolded, the woman recorded a video on her mobile phone. She later approached the Mandawali police station and lodged a complaint. Based on her complaint, Mandawali Police registered an FIR and launched an investigation into the case, ANI reported. Meanwhile, NDTV reported that the video recorded by the woman captured her repeatedly pleading with the accused to let her leave.
At one point in the video, she could allegedly be heard saying, “If you even touch me, I’ll jump in front of a vehicle and end my life." The report mentioned that the woman repeatedly told the accused, “I won’t let you touch my body," while accusing him of deceiving her. It further said the accused allegedly continued to pressure her, saying, “It will take only two minutes," and threatened to ruin her reputation. The video, according to the report, also contained abusive language and sexually suggestive remarks. The matter is under investigation, and further legal action will be taken after examining all aspects of the case.
