Speaking to NDTV, Mukesh Aghi, President and CEO of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), said the India-US relationship remains strong despite temporary political turbulence. He noted that cooperation in trade, technology, and people-to-people ties continues to grow. On the proposed trade agreement, Mukesh Aghi said only a few issues remain unresolved, with discussions currently focused on tariff concessions and India's demand for preferential treatment before the deal can be finalised.
