Neuer, who made his FIFA World Cup debut for Germany in 2010, is the most-capped goalkeeper in FIFA World Cup history. He was part of the Germany side that finished third at the 2010 FIFA World Cup and went on to win the title in 2014. Interestingly, Neuer, who is set to retire from international football at the end of Germany’s 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign, last kept a clean sheet in a World Cup match in the final of the 2014 edition.
